How Shape ResponsiveMe works
Submit product ideas, vote on ideas from other customers, and track their status.
Last updated August 15, 2026
Shape ResponsiveMe (/dashboard/ideas) is where customers submit and vote on product ideas.
To submit an idea:
1. Open Shape ResponsiveMe from the sidebar.
2. Add a title and description, and pick a category (new idea, feature request, improvement, integration request, problem, reporting request, automation request, or other).
3. Submit -- your idea is visible to other customers, who can vote on it.
Every idea has a status you can track: Submitted, Under Review, Planned, In Development, Beta, Released, or Declined. Statuses are set by the ResponsiveMe team as ideas are actually reviewed and worked on -- an idea does not move forward automatically just because it gets votes, though votes are a real signal the team looks at.
You can vote for any idea, including ones you did not submit, and see how many votes an idea has.
