This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using ResponsiveMe, you agree not to do any of the following.

1. Illegal or harmful activity

Don’t use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes on someone else’s rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

2. Abuse of AI generation

Don’t use the Service to generate content intended to harass, defame, threaten, or impersonate a real person or organization without authorization; to create phishing messages, malware, or scam content; to generate discriminatory or hateful content; or to generate misleading content designed to deceive its recipient about its AI-assisted origin in a way intended to cause harm.

3. Security

Don’t attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account or data, probe or scan our infrastructure for vulnerabilities without our prior written authorization, bypass rate limits or usage restrictions, or introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the Service’s normal operation.

4. Platform abuse

Don’t use automated means to create accounts, scrape the Service, or resell access to the Service without our written agreement (e.g. as an authorized reseller/partner). Don’t use the developer API or webhooks to build a competing product using our infrastructure.

5. Spam

Don’t use workspace invitations, webhooks, or any other outbound feature of the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages.

6. Sensitive data

Don’t submit data you’re not authorized to share, including someone else’s sensitive personal data, into a generation prompt, workbook, dataset, or any other part of the Service, except as permitted by applicable law and any agreement you have with the data’s owner.

7. Reporting a violation

If you believe someone is violating this policy, please tell us through the contact page. We investigate reports and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

8. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on severity, consistent with our Terms of Service.
