When does a referral qualify?
A referral qualifies once the person you invited registers, completes onboarding, and takes a real first action.
Last updated August 13, 2026
A referral does NOT qualify just because someone clicks your link or creates an account. Qualification requires genuine product usage:
1. Registered -- they created an account using your link within the valid attribution window.
2. Onboarded -- they completed the ResponsiveMe setup steps.
3. Activated -- they completed their first real action in the product (for example, generating their first response, document, or report).
4. Qualified -- your reward is granted.
You can track exactly where each of your referrals stands on the Refer & Earn page (/dashboard/referrals), including Clicks, Signups, Activated, and Qualified counts.
